Either way, they will save you time and energy in finding vendors. Take advantage of all the vendors being in one place at the same time with displays and products for you to see, feel, and taste – the cupcake and catering vendors are always a treat to visit! Use the opportunity to ask questions to the wedding experts, see their work, and get a feel for their personality to make sure it’s someone you want to work with on your special day. The shows are meant to be exciting, inspirational, informative, and most importantly, to help you plan.

Come Prepared

Come prepared with a list of vendors you want to talk with and any questions you may have. As well, consider registering in advance – that usually saves money. Bring a bag to carry stuff in, you’ll get lots of brochures, business cards, and giveaway stuff. As well, to save your hand from cramping from filling out all those giveaways, print labels with your name, addresses, telephone #, email, wedding date, ceremony location, reception location, and # of guests.
